I’m a Quality Assurance engineer with ~3 years of experience testing ERP, web, and mobile applications. I focus on manual testing, defect management in JIRA, API testing with Postman, and end-to-end validation of business workflows like orders, payments, and VAT calculations.

At Binder-SA in Saudi Arabia, I executed functional and regression testing across ERP, RMS, Sales Agent, and Driver applications in a VAT-regulated retail environment. I validated complete order lifecycle workflows—from customer onboarding through approval hierarchy, invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation—while ensuring compliance with 15% Saudi VAT regulations across invoices, returns, credit notes, and financial adjustments.

I collaborate with developers and product teams in an Agile environment to keep delivery moving. I also leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to generate edge test scenarios, improve test coverage, and accelerate defect analysis, then log and track high-severity defects for timely fixes.

Beyond manual QA, I’m hands-on with test automation using selenium and Java, including frameworks with TestNG and POM. My projects include end-to-end API automation using Postman & Newman, Rest API automation with Java/RestAssured (with Jackson for JSON serialization/deserialization), and a Selenium base automation framework with Extent Reports.
