I’m a Senior QA Engineer with 5+ years of experience in automation and functional testing, with deep expertise in the supply chain domain. I own full-lifecycle QA—from requirement analysis and test case design through execution, defect management, regression testing, and release sign-off across web, iOS, and Android.

At Droisys, I lead end-to-end QA for the Account360 Android app and contribute to functional and regression testing for iOS, iPad, and the Management Console Web. I maintain a 500+ test case suite covering functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and UAT scenarios, using Zephyr/Test Pad to keep quality and release readiness consistent.

I strengthen quality with performance and API validation: I run basic performance testing using JMeter to spot bottlenecks before release, and I perform API validation with Postman by verifying status codes and response payloads for key CRM integration points. I also manage defect lifecycle in Jira, prioritizing severity and driving issues from discovery to verified closure.

I’m recognized as a Star Performer and Team Player, and I actively use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate test case writing, identify requirement gaps, and improve defect descriptions—reducing documentation effort without compromising quality. I’m currently expanding into API testing depth, test automation tools (Playwright, Selenium), and AI-powered QA workflows.
