I’m a Product Manager with 6+ years building high-engagement, data-driven consumer products at scale across fantasy sports, gaming, and live entertainment. I love turning messy customer signals into clear product bets through experimentation, funnel/cohort analysis, and tight execution across teams.

At Dream11, I owned revenue operations and delivered ~2% forecast accuracy while running the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and presenting performance to CXOs. I drove a 2.5x improvement in retention by designing and executing operational models for the biggest campaigns, including IPL DreamSale, and built real-time risk mitigation frameworks for live revenue to cut bad burn from 0.34% to ~0.1% of revenue.

I also led creator economy and AI-powered engagement from scratch—launching a watch-along live streaming platform with 100+ creators and scaling to 10M peak views and 5M concurrent viewers. Along the way, I introduced a conversational AI companion that delivered a 60% uplift in customer watch time and helped drive 38% growth in ad revenue through coordinated streaming features like gifting, quiz, polls, squad goals, and fan lottery.

Previously at ShareChat, I scaled a B2C fantasy sports product from 5K to 1.2M users in 3 years with 70% power-user retention. I built in-house systems like a real-time scoring platform (reducing latency from 15 minutes to real-time) and used experimentation and lifecycle messaging via Clevertap and Gupshup to lift CTR by ~15%.
