What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Dispatcher, Transportation Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, or Customer Service role. I’m open to relocating to Canada and comfortable working North American business hours.

In U.S. Towing Operations, I coordinate towing and roadside-assistance requests across multiple towing-company accounts. I communicate with customers, drivers, and service providers throughout each job.

I provide ETAs and pricing, track active assignments, and follow up on service requests. My work also involves communication with U.S. insurance and roadside-assistance networks, including Agero, State Farm, USAA, and Liberty Mutual.

I enter and review billing information, prepare and submit invoices, and follow up on billing issues and outstanding matters. I also assist with account management and daily operational coordination.

I earned a Bachelor of Civil Engineering in Structural Engineering from Arab International University (AIU). I’m open to relocating to Canada and interested in dispatch, transportation coordination, logistics, customer service, and operations roles.
