What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex international technology and development projects, applying cross-functional leadership, customer and supplier management, and safety- and quality-critical processes from quotation through production launch.

I've led international automotive lighting and mechatronic E/E projects at Fuerda Smartech, Antolin Deutschland, and Valeo, taking products from quotation and development through industrialization and start of production.

At Fuerda Smartech, I own customer projects for LED modules, ambient lighting, and IMD systems for VW and Mercedes-Benz/Magna. I coordinate electronics, embedded software, mechanics, validation, purchasing, quality, production, suppliers, and OEM stakeholders across Germany, China, and Romania.

Previously at Antolin, I managed RGB lighting modules for VW, Audi, and Porsche platforms, including requirements analysis, system architecture, integration, production release, and ASPICE Level 2 coordination. At Valeo, I managed development, sourcing, and series support for powertrain and brake-system electronics for global OEMs.

I'm a Dipl.-Ing. mechatronics engineer who brings structured requirements, risk, change, cost, schedule, and quality management to safety- and quality-critical development work. I work fluently in German, English, and French, and am willing to travel internationally.
