Work covers workflow and permission design, ScriptRunner/Groovy scripting, Jira Automation, JQL, REST API integration, PostgreSQL and Atlassian Data Center environments.

Owned the Jira and Confluence services: advanced workflows with validators and post-functions, roles, permission and notification schemes, and Jira Asset Management with automation. Built an offboarding automation that notifies responsible teams to revoke access, status notifications via Telegram and email, Groovy and Python scripting, and user training.

Ran the internal IT service desk and corporate services: Google Workspace, Issabel VoIP, mail server, Mattermost and Vault. Handled employee onboarding and offboarding (access, equipment, VPN, email), YubiKey rollout and equipment purchasing.

Configured network switches (VLAN, trunking, port security), supported network and endpoints, and advised on server and network equipment.

Provided hardware and software support, maintained VoIP systems, and performed infrastructure troubleshooting.
