At Etisalat by e&, I coordinate telecom civil infrastructure, utility approvals, NOCs, and permits across Dubai and the northern Emirates. I work with authorities, utilities, consultants, contractors, and project teams to move projects from planning through closeout.
I've handled 300+ NOCs and wayleaves per month, planned more than 100 km of FTTH deployment, supported 20+ GSM 5G sites, and contributed to GPON migration for 200+ villas. I use ArcGIS and AutoCAD for GPON routing, BOQs, cost estimates, drawing reviews, and compliant technical submissions.
