At Property Management with Room Services Marbella Agency, I coordinate the full operation of properties, support clients and coordinate teams. My work also includes managing client relationships, liaising with property owners and coordinating with booking platforms.
At Fuerte Group - Fuerte Hoteles, I handled accommodation reservations, modifications and confirmations, and helped resolve changes and cancellations. I advised customers on accommodation and travel options in English, Spanish, French, German and Arabic.
At IKOS ANDALUSIA, I worked as a Front Office Agent. Earlier, at Robinson Agadir, I worked in front office and night audit, handling check-ins and check-outs, guest questions, reservations, billing and cash administration.
I’ve also taught French at LEARNING CORNER SCHOOL and worked as a French-language conversation assistant at C.E.I.P RAMÓN GARCÍA and INSTITUTO GABRIEL FERRATER I SOLER. I’m studying for a Master’s degree in Project Management at Universidad Internacional de Valencia VIU.
