I’m a Senior Backend Engineer with 14+ years of experience building scalable distributed systems, microservices, and integration-heavy platforms. I focus on high-performance APIs, solid system design, and reliable database modeling that supports real business workflows.

In my current role as Senior Software Engineer at Jagaad (Remote, Italy), I led backend development for external supplier integrations and built scalable APIs and asynchronous processing pipelines. I improved performance through caching and asynchronous processing, while also strengthening reliability with unit and integration testing.

Earlier, I served as Technical Lead at QueenTechSolutions and EgyptForWeb, where I led backend development and system architecture for CRM/CMS platforms. I’ve consistently mentored junior engineers, drove technical decisions, and delivered architecture that stays modular, testable, and maintainable.

Across projects, I’ve refactored monoliths into modular monolithic systems, built event-driven microservices with Kafka, and implemented observability with Datadog (distributed tracing, metrics, dashboards, alerting, and error monitoring). I enjoy turning complex integration requirements into clean APIs and dependable systems, using tools like Docker and CI/CD to keep delivery smooth.
