I own site-wide incidents, support Microsoft 365, Azure, IaaS infrastructure, and a 75-access-point wireless environment, while applying global IT standards and working with global teams in English.
I've built my technical operations experience across energy, manufacturing, textile, logistics, and technical services, working with network infrastructure, DNS/DHCP, fiber links, Windows systems, SAP, IP cameras, and hardware maintenance. I focus on reliable operations, practical problem solving, clear documentation, and resolving issues from end user to infrastructure level.
