What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to Agile business analysis and process-management work, translating complex business rules into clear requirements while growing in enterprise-scale digital transformation delivery.

I've supported United Delta for Information Technology on Saudi Arabia's National Visa Platform, reviewing and validating SRS documentation for the Tourism Visa module.

I wrote user stories and acceptance criteria for seven exception-handling use cases, including biometric-enrollment failures, and mapped shared dependencies across delivery teams to clarify handoffs before development.

I work closely with business analysts, developers, QA engineers, UX designers, and stakeholders in two-week Scrum sprints. My work translates approval workflows, denied-party screening, role-based access, and privacy considerations into traceable requirements.

I'm building on my Business Information Systems studies through BPMN, SQL, Excel, process mapping, and enterprise-scale public-sector digital transformation work.
