At ACME, I lead requirements elicitation and translate stakeholder needs into Agile user stories with acceptance criteria. I also model As-Is and To-Be workflows in ARIS to identify operational bottlenecks.
I work between business units and development teams, aligning requirements with technical feasibility. I use SQL and Excel to support decisions and validate feature performance, and manage backlogs and sprint priorities in Taiga.
On the Tank Training Simulator for National Defense project, I collaborated with military personnel to turn operational maneuvers into functional requirements and system workflows. I designed the simulator logic in ARIS and authored user stories for the development team.
My background includes contributing to Java backend systems and RESTful APIs for National Identification projects, as well as supporting Temenos T24 customization during an internship at ADCB. I have a Computer Science degree with First Class Honors and am advancing through the CBAP curriculum, with completed certifications in Strategy Analysis and Elicitation.
