I’m looking for a role where I can lead country-level strategy and education/training programs, strengthening stakeholder partnerships and youth outcomes through data-driven monitoring, clear quality assurance, and sustainable risk-managed implementation.

I’m a motivated education and business project facilitator with proven experience in non-formal education and development programs, built around curriculum design, training delivery, stakeholder engagement, and monitoring for quality and impact. In humanitarian contexts, I coordinate projects, support youth initiatives, and drive parental involvement—consistently meeting program targets and donor requirements.

In my current role as COUNTRY MANAGER (SYRIA) at ZLOWE, I develop and implement local business strategies aligned with corporate goals, pursue growth opportunities, build relationships with clients and government agencies, and manage business risks for long-term sustainability.
