What I'm looking for

I'm seeking program management opportunities that combine my nonprofit operations and software QA background with data analytics to support data-led planning, monitoring, reporting, and decision-making.

At Localized, I managed operations for STEPS training and employability cohorts serving 1,205 participants and 992 graduates, while building Airtable workflows, learner dashboards, and AI-powered communications.

I've led partnerships, donor outreach, field operations, monitoring, reporting, and budget tracking across Shamsaha, Bahrain Trust Foundation, and Caritas Internationalis. My work includes coordinating a UNHCR-funded vulnerability assessment reaching 13,000 Syrian refugee households and supporting educational and community development projects across India, Egypt, Niger, and Mali.

I also bring ten years of software quality assurance experience, including end-to-end testing, Selenium automation, SQL, API testing, defect management, and QA team mentoring at Link Development and ITS.
