At IPT Powertech, I manage the CRM platform’s setup and customization across Lebanon, Ethiopia, Guinea, Liberia, and Sierra Leone. I create user roles and security settings, maintain data quality, and develop workflows that support efficient CRM use.
I build reports and dashboards with Power BI, support CRM and field-service mobile application integrations, and serve as the primary contact for internal CRM troubleshooting. I also train new and existing users on system updates and best practices while collaborating with departments to align the CRM solution with business goals.
Previously at Cablevision Holcom, I implemented and configured Kibana and Zabbix for device data collection, worked with MIBs, SNMP, and alarm correlation, and provided technical support to clients. I also developed and maintained WordPress websites, custom themes, plugins, databases, and servers during an internship at I-Closion.
