At Saqaya (Light & Wonder), I provide day-to-day application and user support across multiple platforms. I install, configure, and maintain enterprise solutions, and monitor performance and capacity to support stable operations.
I also contribute to cloud and infrastructure initiatives, including AWS, Cloudflare, and Microsoft 365 migrations, and manage application integration across Windows and Linux environments.
At Sonnen GmbH (Shell subsidiary), I developed, tested, and implemented applications, scripts, and customizations for global teams. I also implemented workflow automations and integrations to support operational and project requirements.
Earlier, at Intercom Enterprises, I administered IBM WebSphere Application Server and related middleware for banking clients, including NBE, CIB, and QNB. At Flairstech, I supported Okta SSO, Active Directory integrations, application security, user access, and Atlassian administration.
