I’m a Recruitment Consultant with a background in political science and a strong focus on aligning people, processes, and outcomes. I bring practical experience in both coordination and data-informed decision support.

In my Admin Assistant role at Yangoods Co., Ltd, I managed communication between executives, employees, and external partners. I also organized meetings, travel arrangements, and office operations, while preparing reports and maintaining office filing systems.

At HRnetOne Thailand, I worked as a Recruitment Consultant conducting market research and analyzing hiring trends across industries. I built relationships with clients and candidates, coordinated interviews, supported salary negotiations, and handled onboarding processes while managing candidate data for smooth stakeholder communication.

Outside of work, I’ve volunteered as an Election Observer (PACE) and served as a facilitator with Teach4ASEAN. I’m also an Environmental Activist with iNaure Club and a Sustainable Development Myanmar SDG activist, values-driven roles that strengthen my stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and documentation habits.
