What I'm looking for

I'm looking to improve retrieval quality and agent reliability on a worldwide-remote team, building production RAG systems, vector search, and tool-using AI workflows.

At Zong (CMPak Ltd), I build production RAG systems over telecom documentation, from ingestion, embeddings, and chunking to FAISS/OpenSearch retrieval and grounded LLM answers. I also implement ReAct-style agents that use tool and function calling for search and analytics across BSS operations.

I've tuned hybrid retrieval, re-ranking, and chunk sizing to improve answer relevance and reduce hallucination, while engineering indexing pipelines with Elasticsearch/OpenSearch and PostgreSQL at telecom data volumes. Earlier at Zong, I built Python ETL, reconciliation, backend microservices, and automation supporting BSS, OCS, and CRM operations.

My foundation includes applied machine learning with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn, plus end-to-end projects in diabetes prediction and fashion-focused machine learning. I'm keen to push retrieval quality and agent reliability on a worldwide-remote team.
