I'm currently managing Subject Access Requests and supporting Freedom of Information requests at Curo Group, ensuring lawful, timely disclosure under UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and FOIA. I also support governance controls, records handling and compliance dashboards tracking SAR and FOI response times.
At Cardiff Council, I supported GDPR compliance reviews, DPIAs and data-protection work for corporate systems and high-impact projects, including a management performance dashboard. I managed information-rights requests, breach records, governance registers, compliance reporting and stakeholder guidance across business teams.
