I’m a Certified Teacher specializing in School Math & Science for 4th and 5th grade, with a strong focus on standards-based gains for every student. Since 2023, I’ve worked with team leads and math/science coaches to achieve 100% proficiency for each student by making and refining lesson plans, classroom norms, and scaffolded instruction grounded in diagnostic data.

My experience also spans General Education, ESOL, and ESE, including roles as an ESE Inclusion Teacher and ASD Unit 3–5 Grade Teacher, where I wrote IEPs and coordinated with specialists and teachers for annual reviews. I was named Seminole Elementary, 1st year teacher of the year, and I bring a practical classroom approach that includes creating rigorous, varied lesson plans, analyzing assessments, and evaluating student progress. Outside the classroom, I’ve served as President/CEO at Olivet Community Service Corporation, overseeing daily operations, employee and participant management, and developing reports and budgets for fiscal meetings.
