I’m an Administrative and Operations professional with 4+ years of experience in telecommunications support and operational administration at Telkom Indonesia. I focus on accurate, organized documentation while handling repetitive tasks efficiently.

In my roles, I prepared and managed daily field work reports, verified field reports, coordinated re-checks, and distributed work orders to field teams. I also supported operational data tracking and reporting using Google Sheets and maintained consistent, validated network device data.

Today, I coordinate operational needs with clear communication across teams and support smooth execution in fast-moving environments.
