What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build production backend, serverless AWS, and generative AI features where I can improve reliability, cost, scalability, and user workflows.

I've built and maintained nearly 1,000 REST API endpoints on AWS Lambda at Sketch to Growth, migrating legacy Express services to serverless architecture to reduce always-on hosting costs and simplify deployment. I work across Cognito, S3, CloudFront, RDS, SES, SNS, SQS, ECS Fargate, and API Gateway.

Across World Translink and Yamtech, I deliver full-stack features with React, Node.js, Python, MySQL, Docker, and Linux. I've also added OpenAI-powered natural-language querying and summarisation to live inventory systems, including streaming responses, retry handling, cost tracking, and Ollama self-hosting.

Built and maintained approximately 1,000 REST API endpoints on AWS Lambda in Node.js, deployed with the Serverless Framework and routed through API Gateway. Migrated legacy endpoints from server-hosted Express to Lambda, and implemented auth, file storage, relational data, email, event fan-out, and long-running jobs.
