At AGP Limited, I lead business performance reviews, budgeting support, executive reporting, and investment evaluations for strategic initiatives. I prepare Annual Reports, Board presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews, and annual budget presentations while turning financial and commercial KPIs into actionable recommendations.

Previously at OBS AGP–Sandoz Pakistan, I led annual budget, quarterly forecast, rolling forecast, and integrated business planning cycles across Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Supply Chain. I built automated Power BI dashboards and standardized reporting through Power BI, Power Query, and Excel to improve reporting efficiency, visibility, and decision-making.

At Aga Khan University Network, I supported planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for 33 organizations across six countries. My work included consolidated financial models, foreign exchange and inflation analysis, executive reporting, reconciliations, and performance reviews.

I bring 5+ years of FP&A and commercial finance experience, with strengths in P&L analysis, financial modeling, business partnering, and reporting automation. I've received consecutive OBS AGP CEO Awards for analytical excellence, commercial business partnering, and process improvement.
