I’m a results-oriented FP&A leader with a comprehensive background in financial planning and business management, backed by robust analytical skills and a track record of building and leading high-performing teams. In my current role as FP&A Team Lead at XTIUM, I report directly to the President and manage the FP&A function across five acquired business units.

My work centers on lead development and execution of budgeting, rolling forecasts, and comprehensive business planning, alongside high-quality financial reporting through management dashboards, bank decks, and shareholder decks with CFO-ready commentary updates. I also perform detailed deep-dive analyses—covering revenues, customers, suppliers, and employee data—and deliver segment-wise reporting to improve insights into business dependencies, cross-selling opportunities, and resource allocation.

Before XTIUM, I spent more than 9 years at Jazz (Telecom) as an FP&A Business Partner (Manager), supporting corporate divisions, Mobilink Microfinance Bank, and shared services (Veon shared services Pakistan – VGSP) with KPI reporting and variance analysis across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles. Earlier, as a Senior Finance Manager at UN-Ed Limited (UK), I built end-to-end financial recording and reporting systems, managed taxation, auditing, revenue assurance, and budgeting/planning, while strengthening controls through internal audit and external audit readiness.
