I’m a dedicated, detail-oriented Passenger Service Agent with hands-on experience in airport ground operations at Queen Alia International Airport. I support high-volume check-in and boarding through accurate document processing, boarding pass issuance, seat assignments, and gate information.
In my role, I ensure full passenger and baggage compliance with IATA dangerous goods regulations, airline security policies, and airport authority requirements. I’m IATA Dangerous Goods certified (Passenger), and I monitor and report prohibited or hazardous items in line with aviation security regulations.
I also manage irregular operations (IROPS) such as flight delays, cancellations, and rebooking while coordinating closely with security personnel and flight crews. I bring customer service excellence, cross-cultural communication, and composed problem-solving to flight change requests, inquiries, and complaints—so passengers and operations stay on track.
