What I'm looking for

I’m looking for opportunities to grow through work experience and creative projects, using my customer service, communication, organisation, and developing graphic design skills.

At Costa Coffee in Castle Donington Park/MOTO, I’ve spent four years providing friendly, efficient customer service in a fast-paced drive-thru environment.

I close the store, manage quieter shifts independently, complete sales, temperature, and cash-up paperwork, and keep stock areas organised and labelled to company standards. As a team representative, I communicate concerns and improvement ideas to upper management.

Alongside work, I’ve developed my interest in graphic design through Level 3 Graphics & Digital Design and creative hobbies including art, DIY, and makeup.

I’m motivated by opportunities to keep growing through work experience and creative projects, bringing strong communication, organisation, teamwork, and attention to detail.
