What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead data-driven program and policy implementation that improves education, livelihoods, skills, and economic mobility for underserved communities, while partnering with government, donors, nonprofits, and private-sector stakeholders.

I've strengthened national skill-development delivery at the National Skill Development Corporation, leading Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning systems for PMKVY 4.0 and PM Vishwakarma. I monitored 100+ training providers and 300+ training centres, built performance scorecards and Power BI dashboards, and delivered all project milestones without audit non-conformities.

Across ChildFund India, Room to Read India Trust, Video Volunteers, Caritas India, and Tata Institute of Social Sciences, I've managed monitoring, research, knowledge management, operations, and community-led social impact programs. My work has supported education, health, child protection, livelihoods, social accountability, youth training, and donor-funded initiatives including UNFPA, DFID, Oak Foundation, APPI, and EU-supported projects.

I'm passionate about scalable solutions that improve education, livelihoods, and economic mobility for underserved communities in India. I bring program analytics, stakeholder engagement, capacity building, reporting, and evidence-based policy implementation to partnerships with government, donors, nonprofits, and the private sector.
