What I'm looking for

I seek a leadership role managing IT/programs in InfoSec, GRC, or enterprise projects where I can apply governance, cross-functional collaboration, and scalability-focused delivery.

I am a seasoned IT program and portfolio manager with extensive experience delivering InfoSec, GRC, and enterprise IT initiatives on time and under budget. I have led programs with combined budgets up to $20 million, managed SOX, PCI, NIST, GDPR and US privacy compliance efforts, and delivered company-wide security training and phishing prevention programs.

My background spans corporate IT leadership, consulting, and nearly three decades of military intelligence and operations experience, including senior roles at United States Cyber Command and service as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Marine Corps Reserve. I have led multidisciplinary teams, negotiated vendor contracts, and executed projects using waterfall, Agile, hybrid, and Kanban methodologies.

I hold a PMP certification, a graduate credential from the National Defense Intelligence College, and a B.A. in Political Science. I seek to apply my combined civilian IT and military leadership experience to program and leadership roles that require strong governance, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.
