What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a technical program leadership role delivering multi-workstream enterprise IT and analytics initiatives. I want to partner with C-suite stakeholders to strengthen RAID-based governance, change control, and measurable outcomes through integrated planning.

I’m a Technical Program Manager with 10+ years delivering multi-workstream programs in enterprise IT, analytics-adjacent, and cloud environments. I’m comfortable operating across Agile / Hybrid / Waterfall and using RAID frameworks for risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies across complex, multi-stakeholder efforts.

In my recent work, I’ve led cloud and enterprise migrations and platform delivery with clear business outcomes. At NCR, I governed a cloud data warehouse migration as part of the NCR Data Lake project ($3M+ lifecycle benefits), defining KPI metrics, managing risk registers, and coordinating globally dispersed teams.

At PTC, I led a $5M+ annual enterprise PLM/ALM portfolio, building program governance frameworks that enabled Agile transformation and strengthened integrated planning and change control. I also led and developed 12 professionals, maintaining delivery accountability across globally distributed program teams while providing C-suite reporting across engineering, aerospace, medical devices, and defense verticals.

Across regulated and operationally complex environments (including digital banking and defense logistics), I’ve consistently institutionalized PMO best practices and disciplined stakeholder engagement. I bring PMP and CSPO credentials, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and a strong governance mindset centered on risk mitigation, issue escalation, and continuity through organizational change.
