At Shriffle Technologies Pvt. Ltd., I build Rails services, REST APIs, and React/TypeScript frontends for community, ERP, and e-commerce products. I made ERP queries 60 times faster through SQL schema and index design, and wrote RSpec tests that reduced production bugs by 25%.
On NowIncluded, I extended real-time messaging and scheduled calls, and added notification campaigns and sign-in with Google and Apple. For Shriffle ERP, I led development of an HR, payroll, and finance platform that replaced GreytHR.
I also built and deployed JobWeaver, an AI job-search assistant with skill-gap analysis and LLM-generated resumes and cover letters. In contract work for Anthropic and Penguin projects through Turing, I ran 200+ LLM evaluations covering prompt engineering, agentic tool use through MCP connectors, and code quality.
