I’m a full-stack software engineer who designs and ships end-to-end product features, from UI and APIs to testing and operational tools. I’ve worked across ticketing, CRM/ops platforms, e-commerce experiences, and internal admin workflows—always with an emphasis on maintainability and fast, reliable user journeys.
In my current contract role, I built core product features using GenAI and prompt engineering, including AI-powered ticket summarization and reply generation. I also created systems from scratch such as a Ticket Management System and SpryngCare (CRM + account provisioning + ops), adding RBAC with audit logging and Playwright E2E coverage for multi-step CRM flows.
Previously, I built a pet-owner e-commerce platform using React.js, Express.js, and MongoDB, optimizing performance with lazy loading, code splitting, and Redux. Earlier internships strengthened my foundation in authentication, RESTful APIs, caching, and backend development with Flask, which I now apply to deliver cohesive full-stack solutions.
