I’m a women’s health physiotherapist and healthcare content specialist with 4+ years of clinical experience across leading Bangalore hospitals. I specialize in prenatal/postnatal rehabilitation, pelvic health, lactation counselling, and ergonomic training, and I’m CAPES certified.
