I’m an experienced physiotherapist and rehabilitation specialist committed to fostering recovery and well-being through collaborative, motivational, and evidence-based patient care. Since 2016, I’ve delivered physiotherapy across diverse specialties—including orthopedics, neurology, and critical care—while building individualized treatment plans to improve function and quality of life.

Most recently, I’ve managed and trained teams of therapists in a remote rehabilitation therapy setting, ensuring high standards of patient care and accurate documentation using EMR and WEBPT systems. I also bring strong clinical documentation and interdisciplinary communication skills, and I’ve extended my practice with specialized work in pelvic rehabilitation, women’s health physiotherapy, exercise programming, and manual therapy.
