At Granimals, I manage online rehabilitation programmes for musculoskeletal and postpartum patients, conducting virtual assessments and adapting individualized exercise plans based on outcomes.

Previously, as Chief Physiotherapist at Starcure Hospital, I assessed and treated orthopaedic, neurological, geriatric, and post-operative patients while managing inpatient and outpatient physiotherapy services. I collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive rehabilitation care.

At Grace Physiotherapy Clinic, I treated musculoskeletal, sports, and chronic pain conditions through manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, while educating patients on posture, ergonomics, and injury prevention.

I hold a Master of Physiotherapy in Orthopaedics and believe in evidence-based, individualized care that helps patients improve function and quality of life. My work also includes menstrual health awareness programmes at colleges and educational institutions.
