At RBC, I expanded the Home Advisor channel from 65 to 427 advisors and grew bank-sourced lead and referral volume from about 140,000 to about 450,000 a year. I also launched pilots that reduced client response time and lifted lead conversion.
In my current role at RBC Personal & Commercial Banking, I lead execution of the mortgage and home equity distribution strategy. I designed and launched a Salesforce-based CRM for Home Advisors, replacing outdated platforms and improving lead capture and referral tracking.
Previously, I built a competitive intelligence dashboard using Python web scraping, helping advisors compare RBC mortgage offers with competitors. I also rebuilt sales planning and capacity forecasting processes and developed sales plans using predictive analytics.
I founded Cohesive Bits to build Equity Split, a digital platform for tracking and allocating equity based on contributions. I interviewed businesses to test product-market fit, hired and managed a team, and set company goals and KPIs. Earlier, I worked in investment research and analytics at RBC and as an Equity Derivatives Analyst at Deutsche Bank.
