At Sapiens, I own the direction, backlog, and priorities for a migration platform used by a 30-person department, building the standard baseline for new client projects.
I designed and built a self-learning AI Agent in Claude Code that nearly every business analyst now uses daily. I also shipped a policy-reload automation tool that removed more than 50 hours of manual work in its first three months.
I’ve led end-to-end analysis for advanced migrations and owned the production migration of 500 agents, coordinating clients, development, QA, and DevOps to deliver defect-free and unblock policy creation.
Before Sapiens, I built over 100 Excel financial models with live market data at London Stock Exchange Group, researched investment-fund data, and audited UK clients at Deloitte. I bring seven years across product, analysis, financial modelling, and audit.
