At HSBC Service Delivery, I support two banking applications through end-to-end delivery, from requirements gathering and data analysis to testing and coordination of development work. I analyze financial and trade data, define data mappings, and validate data integrity across systems.

At Credit Suisse, I prepared data for reporting and developed dashboards and reports to support business decisions. I also investigated reporting issues and worked with developers to translate business needs into BI solutions.
