I’m a supply chain, procurement, and operations leader with 24+ years of experience, including 14+ years in end-to-end supply chain management, strategic sourcing, logistics, materials management, and production planning. I focus on delivering operational excellence through strong vendor relationships, contract discipline, and measurable cost reduction.

At VEIRA ELECTRONICS PVT. LTD., I’ve led end-to-end supply chain operations covering procurement, warehouse management, logistics, inventory control, production planning, and distribution. I managed sourcing for production materials (EMS-LED TV), capital equipment, utilities, and infrastructure needs, coordinated factory expansion, negotiated supplier contracts for cost optimization, and drove international logistics through import procurement, customs clearance, and freight forwarding. I also implemented SAP Business One procurement and inventory processes and ensured compliance with BIS, BEE, MOOWR, and statutory requirements.

Previously with HITACHI INDIA PVT. LTD., I managed procurement, inventory planning, warehousing, and distribution for a dealer network of 150+ channel partners, including Government procurement via the GeM Portal. I delivered Government business worth ₹5.5 Crores (FY 2019–20), supported incentive delivery under the UP Electronics Manufacturing Policy, improved operational efficiency through process improvement, and built international supplier networks across multiple countries.
