I'm seeking an entry-level remote role in healthcare customer service, patient support, member services, scheduling, medical office support, or healthcare administration where I can assist people clearly and professionally.

I'm pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences while building practical experience in customer service, client communication, and administrative support.

At Havy Tours & Travel (U) Ltd., I communicate with clients, respond to inquiries, coordinate bookings and travel requests, conduct follow-ups, and prepare business communications and proposals.

As a private tutor, I provide one-on-one support, explain complex subjects clearly, adapt to different learning needs, and build positive relationships through patience and active listening.
