What I'm looking for

I'm seeking program, operations, education leadership, business development, or country management roles, including remote and international opportunities.

At Kaspi Educational Company, I lead the olympiad pipeline from student selection and trainer allocation through preparation schedules, quality checks, and communication with families, schools, and organizers. I helped students achieve 230+ medals and coordinate participation in international competitions.

At STEMART LLC, I define operating plans and oversee instructor hiring, training, and teaching quality across three branches. I developed ICT student books for Grades 1–7 and VEX Robotics books for Grades 1–6, as well as a Grade 8 Python curriculum.

As Destination Imagination Country Director, I established and led the national program in Azerbaijan, including licensing, outreach, tournament delivery, and volunteer coordination. Earlier, I supported business development at Intercomp Global Services and import-export operations at Gemiqaya Holding / Arkoz.
