At TMA Group, I lead two development organizations delivering Data Analytics and Data Warehousing solutions for global clients. I manage delivery governance, resource planning, technical architecture, presales, and leadership development across programs of 90+ professionals.

For DataGene, I helped turn around a critical Enterprise Data Warehouse program by introducing standardized data handling, optimized ETL pipelines, code reviews, automated testing, and Scrum practices. We reduced processing time from five days per 1GB to 18 hours while improving delivery predictability and quality.

I also led delivery of VIAC's ECase platform, bringing secure online filing, e-signature, document management, analytics, and virtual hearings to Vietnam's arbitration process. In healthcare, I delivered a cross-platform clinical participant application that secured a two-year, $10M scale-up contract.

Across 20+ years in IT, I've built teams, strengthened client partnerships, and translated complex data and business requirements into practical solutions. I bring hands-on experience in Data Warehousing, BI, Agile delivery, DevOps, quality engineering, and cloud-based architecture.
