At SecurityHQ supporting Dubai Customs, I conduct threat intelligence ingestion, threat hunting, IOC analysis, incident reporting, and remediation recommendations for clients. I also help manage and enhance EDR platforms, intelligence integrations, and incident-management processes.

Previously at Security HQ for DU Telecom, I performed SIEM operations, endpoint and network investigations, incident analysis, security-content development, and security awareness training. I use log analysis, network forensics, PowerShell, and Bash to improve investigation and response workflows.

At Alpha Data, I built SIEM correlation and detection rules in IBM QRadar, investigated phishing, malware, and security incidents, and supported event parsing and log-source management. My earlier security work also covered assessments, compliance reporting, business continuity, disaster recovery, firewalls, IPS, and DLP.

I began my career developing Microsoft-platform web and client/server applications, then moved into systems administration across Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, DNS, DHCP, servers, endpoints, and firewalls. I bring more than nine years of IT security and software development experience to high-pressure, client-facing environments.
