At Network Intelligence, I provided Global Security Operations Center support, investigating phishing reports and DLP incidents and taking action to mitigate possible data leakage.
I monitored and triaged alerts across Splunk, QRadar, and Sentinel, investigated incident causes through logs, and responded to endpoint and cloud security events. I also participated in a FortiSOAR proof of concept.
I analyzed raw logs and PCAPs, worked with Panorama and Wildfire for traffic and file analysis, and prepared security reports and KPI updates. My certifications include IBM Certified Analyst - Security QRadar SIEM V7.5, Splunk Core User Certified, Qualysgaurd Certified, ArcSight Analyst Certified, Fortinet NSE1 and NSE2 Certified, and AZ-900 Certified.
