At Tebex, I worked as a Content & Safety representative and led the Community Safety team for a monetisation platform supporting 30,000+ transacting partners. I created and enforced safety standards, reviewed partner applications, and conducted KYC checks using Onfido.
I handled high-risk escalations and DMCA takedown requests, and developed operational guidelines for Content & Safety teams. I also worked with Rockstar Games and other partners on moderation and compliance standards.
At Frontier Developments, I supported live-service safety across titles including Elite Dangerous and Planet Zoo. My work included investigating cheating reports, enforcing copyright, moderating communities, and handling support queries through Zendesk and internal platforms. I'm now an Economic Crime Investigator at Nationwide, investigating financial fraud and other economic crimes.
