What I'm looking for

I seek a QA leadership role where I can own test strategy, improve QA processes, mentor teams, and ensure reliable, high-quality releases in an Agile environment.

I am a QA Test Lead with deep ownership of test strategy, project governance, and delivery coordination across Agile/Scrum teams. I specialize in structuring complex testing efforts into clear plans, metrics, and actionable documentation to support on-time, high-quality releases.

In my current role I define test objectives, organizational test policies, and authored Test Strategy documents, Master Test Plans, Release Test Reports and QA Guidelines; I standardized QA templates, managed Jira boards, designed GDrive documentation spaces and implemented QA metrics and tooling.

My background includes senior and hands-on QA engineering roles focused on API and front-end testing, close collaboration with product and development teams, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement. I hold ISTQB Foundation and Scrum Master certifications and I bring strong stakeholder communication and risk-mitigation skills.
