I'm looking for a role where I can use my optometry office, patient communication, scheduling, insurance verification, and administrative experience to support a busy team.

I've supported one of North Texas's busiest optometrist offices at Eye Exams Frisco, helping serve an average of 48 patients each day.

As a Front Desk Associate and Optician Technician, I verify patient information and insurance eligibility, record medical histories and test results, perform pre-assessment workups, and coordinate referrals.

My background also includes high-volume customer service at The Container Store and officiating intramural volleyball and soccer at the University of Denver.
