I perform full patient workups and diagnostic testing at Eye Center of Northern Colorado, supporting glaucoma and retina clinics while scribing in ModMed EHR. My work includes visual acuity, manifest refraction, IOP checks, medication and surgical histories, and OCT, Pentacam, Optos, Humphrey Visual Field, and Auto Refractor testing.

I've also managed optometry office operations across two locations at Grand Lakes Eye Care, coordinating scheduling, insurance verification, authorizations, claims, payment posting, and patient pretesting in Eyefinity. Earlier retail optical leadership at Visionworks included training staff, quality-checking eyewear, edging lenses, and helping customers navigate prescription, insurance, and fit needs.
