At KPMG, I handled the full RPA automation cycle, from process analysis and infrastructure installation through development, QA, deployment, and maintenance. I also conducted systems audits and technology risk assessments; earlier, as an IT Specialist (Intern) at Deloitte, I evaluated IT controls and checked compliance with technology standards.
