I’m looking for a high-autonomy backend role where I can own RFC-driven delivery, payments/compliance-sensitive flows, and operational reliability—document-first, metric-aware, incident-minded, and supported by strong observability and CI/CD practices.

I’m a Senior backend engineer with 20 years in software and web development, focused on product backends that stay stable in production—especially where requirements are ambiguous and need to become clear RFCs, shipped systems, and reliable behavior. I work in a document-first, metric-aware way, using AI as a practical assistant to draft specs, organize context, support implementation, help with QA, and speed up iteration.

I’ve led backend delivery across multiple product areas—API and service integrations, billing and back-office systems, and end-to-end handling of payment and verification domains. I’ve supported finance- and compliance-facing processes (exports, reconciliations, reporting, and GDPR-related requirements), strengthened compliance/security/anti-abuse controls (rate limiting, audit logging, safer secret handling, CAPTCHA and verification improvements, SMS pumping defenses), and improved CI/CD, staging, deployment, incident investigation, logs/metrics/alerting, and operational reliability.
