At IBM, I design enterprise software for IBM Z, including AI and machine learning experiences for Machine Learning for IBM z/OS and AI Control Interface. I translated complex technical capabilities into workflows for enterprise users.

I helped shape a new IBM Z Hardware Management Console dashboard from early concepts through interaction design, prototyping, user testing, specifications, and implementation. I also designed Dual Control workflows and contributed to work recognized with a 2025 iF Design Award.
